Our primary clients are State Departments of Transportation, Railroads, County and Municipal Governments, Federal Agencies, and various other private owners.

Perrett Construction, Ltd. has established a reputation for performing high quality work for our clients. We are able to do so through our high quality equipment maintenance programs, and employee training programs. We also highly value our workplace safety program, and conduct annual safety training meetings as well as weekly project toolbox talks. Most of our employees are CPR and First Aid certified, and trained in “On Track Safety” and E-railsafe certified.
